Do you feel like you are always behind schedule? Tired and stressed? Here is your chance to get in charge of your schedule and to organize your life according to your needs. You will take a deep-dive into topics such as dealing with procrastination, focus, goal setting, and many more and you will learn how to properly tackle them.
This 6-week course is sure to equip you with the right tools to master your productivity and time management skills. This course is ideal for procrastinators, people with busy schedules and students that feel a bit lost with their workloads. Within 6 weeks you will improve your overall wellbeing and increase your life satisfaction.
You will become aware of your current productivity and time management habits, and learn how to apply goal-setting and habit-creation methods to improve them.
In this session, you will get to know different time management techniques and explore different methods of planning to tailor your schedule to your own needs.
It's time to learn how to improve your time schedule based on the principles of energy management and find out what you can do to protect your own time.
Learn how to deal with habits like perfectionism, fear of failure, and especially the student enemy n.1: procrastination.
You'll learn concrete techniques that will help you manage your study schedule optimally and create a productive work/ study environment for yourself.
You'll learn to handle high pressure situations by applying techniques of stress management. You will also get a chance to reflect on your own learning and progress.
Statistics show that 17.3% of young people in the Netherlands report serious burnout complaints. Our students reported an 8.9% average decrease in personal stress and a 14.7% average decrease in university-related stress. If you are struggling with balancing university, life, friends, hobbies, etc... This course might be the fix you need.
It was a great experience which I can recommend to everyone interested! Especially the exchange and discussions with the other members of the group and the teacher and supporting each other with our struggles added even more value to this course!
What I liked most about this course is that I really learnt how to be more self-aware; aware of how I spend my time, aware of what increases my stress levels and aware of my most productive hours.
