Our team of trainers consist of experienced teachers. Each group will have a dedicated trainer that will lead you throughout the whole program.

Tatjana Fincke

Is a student of Psychology of Human Learning and Performance (MSc). After quitting her study of Biochemistry due to Burnout, she decided to switch careers and entered the field of Psychology to understand what drives humans (emotional) reaction and behaviour. Knowing what it feels like to be completely overwhelmed by stress, she decided to help others on how to deal with their stress. She draws upon her own stress-experiences, giving workshops about Perfectionism, Procrastination and Time-Management, her current training as a Gestalt therapist and years of experience combining a massive work- and study schedule. This is the third time she will be teaching this course. And despite having developed this course, there is still something she learns from every class. So she is curious to find out what she will learn this time.

Maja Šimundić

Is a Psychology student and enthusiast with great interest in health and positive psychology. If you hear her story, you will understand why she has her stress-management game all figured out! For quite a while Maja struggled with social anxiety (when performing in front of groups) and dark void of stress that came with leaving the nest and juggling between exams, learning how to do laundry, coordinating finances and other grown-up stuff. Few years, bunch of ups and downs, mindfulness and public speaking courses later, she learned how to stay chill in any circumstances. Maja is very excited for the opportunity to guide you guys on the path she can easily relate to, and to help you go through life feeling like it’s Sunday morning every day. In the past year she already succeeded in this with groups she taught in the past school year, and she is excited to help new ones.

"I really see the value of the course and think that it could benefit everyone! Especially since it requires people to open up and to be vulnerable (which is extremely rare to find at any university courses); it could also improve people's mental health."
