Begin your journey to well-being and leave procrastination far behind

Do you feel like you are always behind schedule? Tired? Stressed? In the verge of a breakdown? You have tried everything to stop procrastination and beat perfectionism but failed while doing so?  

Time to get back control of your life. This 6-week course has been developed to help you discover helpful strategies and time management tactics that can make a difference to your day.  

You'll be armed with extensive knowledge and tools to plan smarter, manage your time your way and find a better balance.

Full course details

Week 1: Basics for motivation, goal setting and a healthy lifestyle

You'll meet your instructor and the group, establish a safe space, goals and rules. Lesson 1: let's start by setting effective goals.

Week 2: Mindfulness and anxiety management

In this session, you will learn basic mindfulness principles and exercises that can be applied to daily life to help reduce stress and anxiety.

Week 3: How to manage your time

Get introduced, identify and apply the time management techniques that works best for you. You will learn about energy management, habit creation, and effective studying.

Week 4: Procrastination

Let’s fight the student enemy n.1! You will work towards becoming more aware of your procrastination habits, and replacing them with better ones. 

Week 5: Perfectionism and Social Comparisons

Understand the psychology of social comparison and self-acceptance. Is there a perfectionist hiding in you?

Week 6: Fear of future & self-reflection

We will discuss how to manage uncertainties we encounter in life. Also, it's important that you reflect on your own learning and progress.

Maja Šimundić       

Is a Psychology student and enthusiast with great interest in health and positive psychology. If you hear her story, you will understand why she has her stress-management game all figured out! For quite a while Maja struggled with social anxiety (when performing in front of groups) and dark void of stress that came with leaving the nest and juggling between exams, learning how to do laundry, coordinating finances and other grown-up stuff. Few years, bunch of ups and downs, mindfulness and public speaking courses later, she learned how to stay chill in any circumstances. Maja is very excited for the opportunity to guide you guys on the path she can easily relate to, and to help you go through life feeling like it’s Sunday morning every day.

What you need to know


Participation in the course is free, however full participation will be required once you signed up and you are selected. (First session is mandatory).


You will see your trainer once a week, for 6 weeks. Besides the coaching session there is preparatory material that you will need to cover before hand.


We know that life happens. As long as you do not miss more than one training session and you deliver the final assignment, you will get one.


Small parts of some sessions might be recorded, or screenshots of the zoom calls might be taken for communication, education and/or marketing purposes.


*Applications work on a first-come, first-serve basis; however, time slots will only open if a minimum of 8 students enroll.
