It was a great experience which I can recommend to everyone interested! Especially the exchange and discussions with the other members of the group and the teacher and supporting each other with our struggles added even more value to this course!

Kim Zibulski

It was quite helpful to have accountability buddies, and exchange tips with each other on a weekly basis. What I liked the most was the ease and flexibility of the teacher, and meeting new people!

Geraldine Gomez

What I liked most about this course is that I really learnt how to be more self-aware; aware of how I spend my time, aware of what increases my stress levels and aware of my most productive hours.
