We will start with an introduction to what mindfulness is, its effectiveness and what it does. First meditation session.
You will get insight in workings of the brain to show how meditation transforms brain structures and first long meditation
You will understand how you communicate with yourself and others and learn to that more mindfully.
You will learn how stress works, what it does to the body and how they can become aware of it before it actually harms their body.
You will learn how to refocus their current approach to discomforting emotions or feelings through mediation practice.
You will learn how to give yourself love and others, you will learn how to be self-compassionate and they finish the course.

Sabrina a certified mindfulness teacher at her own pop up mindfulness studio called Maujha in Rotterdam. She is a communications graduate and is currently doing a degree in Psychology. Her aim is to combine eastern and western psychology to create the perfect combination of tools to teach and help people surf the waves of their emotions and thoughts. She has been meditating for over seven years and she has been teaching mindfulness for two years now. During this course you will learn scientifically proven tools to help you manage your thoughts and emotions in a constructive way. Come sit with her and feel the magic of mindfulness for yourself.
