Are you dealing with stress, pain and challenges of everyday life? Do you feel like you are missing out by not living in the moment? If you need to learn how to recharge and relax, mindfulness is a great place to start.

This 6-week course has been developed to help you to be fully present, alive in the moment and discover different meditation techniques.

Week 1: Getting started with MBSR and Body Scan

We will start with an introduction to what mindfulness is, its effectiveness and what it does. First meditation session.

Week 2: Attention & the Brain Introduction to Sitting Meditation

You will get insight in workings of the brain to show how meditation transforms brain structures and first long meditation

Week 3: Stress: Responding vs. Reacting

You will understand how you communicate with yourself and others and learn to that more mindfully.

Week 4: STOP: The one-minute breathing space

You will learn how stress works, what it does to the body and how they can become aware of it before it actually harms their body.

Week 5: Dealing with Difficult Emotions or Physical Pain Turning Toward

You will learn how to refocus their current approach to discomforting emotions or feelings through mediation practice.

Week 6: Mindfulness and Compassion Lovingkindness Meditation

You will learn how to give yourself love and others, you will learn how to be self-compassionate and they finish the course.

LifeVersity is funded by the Community for Learning and Innovation which allow us to give the courses for free for EUR students and fresh alumni. A deposit fee has been installed in the registration process please read more about it here.

Upon registration, a deposit of 20€ will be charged to secure your spot. Once you have completed the course, you get your money back.

4 hours per week

Is the time you need to commit to finish the course successfully. Around 1 hour for prep work and 2.5 hours for the training.

Certified Course

If you complete the course successfully, you will receive a badge and a certificate that you can claim through Badgr.

Meet your trainer

Our team of trainers consist of experienced public speakers and trainers. Each group will have a dedicated trainer that will lead you throughout the whole program.


Mondays at 18h00 or Wednesdays at 18h00

Sabrina a certified mindfulness teacher at her own pop up mindfulness studio called Maujha in Rotterdam. She is a communications graduate and is currently doing a degree in Psychology. Her aim is to combine eastern and western psychology to create the perfect combination of tools to teach and help people surf the waves of their emotions and thoughts. She has been meditating for over seven years and she has been teaching mindfulness for two years now. During this course you will learn scientifically proven tools to help you manage your thoughts and emotions in a constructive way. Come sit with her and feel the magic of mindfulness for yourself.


Small parts of some sessions might be recorded, or screenshots of the zoom calls might be taken for communication, education and/or marketing purposes.
