You'll meet your instructor and establish a comfortable group. We will start with an introduction to what mindfulness is, its effectiveness and what it does. First meditation session.
You will get insight in workings of the brain to show how meditation transforms brain structures and first long meditation
You will understand how you communicate with yourself and others and learn to that more mindfully.
You will learn how stress works, what it does to the body and how they can become aware of it before it actually harms their body.
You will learn how to refocus their current approach to discomforting emotions or feelings through mediation practice.
You will learn how to give yourself love and others, you will learn how to be self-compassionate and they finish the course.
Attending the Mindfulness course was a great decision. Learning about the interconnection of mind and body at the same time as using different meditation techniques created a very insightful time. It led me to groundbreaking realisations that influence me positively on a daily basis.

Is a certified mindfulness teacher at her own pop up mindfulness studio called Maujha in Rotterdam. She is a communications graduate and is currently doing a degree in Psychology. Her aim is to combine eastern and western psychology to create the perfect combination of tools to teach and help people surf the waves of their emotions and thoughts. She has been meditating for over seven years and she has been teaching mindfulness for two years now. During this course you will learn scientifically proven tools to help you manage your thoughts and emotions in a constructive way. Come sit with her and feel the magic of mindfulness for yourself.
Participation in the course is free, however full participation will be required once you signed up and you are selected. (First session is mandatory).
You will see your trainer once a week, for 6 weeks. Besides the coaching session there is preparatory material that you will need to cover before hand.
We know that life happens. As long as you do not miss more than one training session and you deliver the final assignment, you will get one.
Small parts of some sessions might be recorded, or screenshots of the zoom calls might be taken for communication, education and/or marketing purposes.
