Sabrina Jammy is a clinical psychologist and trainer at her own mental wellbeing collective called Maujha in Rotterdam. She holds dual degrees in Communication and Clinical Psychology and is currently also a guest lecturer at Erasmus University Rotterdam for the Faculty of Psychology. Sabrina combines Eastern and Western psychology to create the perfect blend of tools to teach people how to navigate the waves of their emotions and thoughts. She has been meditating for over 10 years and has been training others in mindfulness and stress management for five years. In her courses or workshops, you will learn scientifically proven tools to manage your thoughts and emotions constructively.
