You'll meet your instructor and establish a comfortable group. We will explore the customers' needs, fears and wants, to establish what the brand can offer them: value proposition.
In this session, you will learn how to construct a customer persona to understand who we are selling our value proposition to and be able to identify the customer journey.
To be able to communicate our value proposition to customers we need to be memorable - branding comes into play. It's important to define how we view ourselves as a brand and how we want to be seen.
Now that we know how we want to be seen and perceived, we need to put it into tangible visual elements that clearly represent who we are and what we stand for.
Effective communication is measured on conversions. You'll learn how to establish objectives and utilize relevant marketing channels.
It's time to pitch your newly built marketing campaign & brand strategy.
Not only I had a diverse group sharing all their own insights about the related topics, but my trainer was really helpful to teach us everything that was necessary to understand. It enabled us to practice some real life situations that are crucial for successful marketing techniques.
BSc INTERNATIONAL BACHELOR ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS ECONOMICS
(known to loved ones as DJ) will chat with you for hours about marketing. Having graduated from International Business Administration with a minor in Neuroeconomics, his approach blends strategy, marketing, and design to zone in on a win-win situation for the businesses he works with, and their customers. Dheeraj currently runs his own digital marketing service and is the Director of Marketing of Hive01 Rotterdam. Previously, he has been a member of the marketing committees of both ECE Students and Extraordinary Life.
Participation in the course is free, however full participation will be required once you signed up and you are selected. (First session is mandatory).
You will see your trainer once a week, for 6 weeks. Besides the coaching session there is preparatory material that you will need to cover before hand.
We know that life happens. As long as you do not miss more than one training session and you deliver the final assignment, you will get one.
Small parts of some sessions might be recorded, or screenshots of the zoom calls might be taken for communication, education and/or marketing purposes.
Trainings are subject to change in format (online/offline) to adhere with the measures taken by the Dutch government and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
