You'll meet your instructor and establish a comfortable group. We will explore the customers' needs, fears and wants, to establish what the brand can offer them: value proposition.
In this session, you will learn how to construct a customer persona to understand who we are selling our value proposition to and be able to identify the customer journey.
To be able to communicate our value proposition to customers we need to be memorable - branding comes into play. It's important to define how we view ourselves as a brand and how we want to be seen.
Now that we know how we want to be seen and perceived, we need to put it into tangible visual elements that clearly represent who we are and what we stand for.
It's not enough to just set the tone, we need to be able to communicate effectively. You will learn how design principles for effective, attention-grabbing communication.
Effective communication is measured on conversions. You'll learn how to establish objectives and utilize relevant marketing channels for your last assignment.

Not only I had a diverse group sharing all their own insights about the related topics, but my trainer was really helpful to teach us everything that was necessary to understand. It enabled us to practice some real life situations that are crucial for successful marketing techniques.

Dheeraj currently runs his own digital marketing service and is the Director of Marketing of Hive01 Rotterdam. Previously, he has been a member of the marketing committees of both ECE Students and Extraordinary Life.

In addition to the 12 hours of class, you will need to do some preparatory work before class such as watching a few videos, and later in the course preparing your final assignment. The time you put into it will depend entirely on you. The more time you invest in this course, the more you will get out of it!
Yes, you will get our beautiful MCC certificate in PDF format. You need to attend the 5 out of 6 weeks of class, complete the final assignment and fill-out the end of the program survey. The certificate will be sent by the end of April.
You can sign up for any of our available courses until March 1st at midnight. You just need to fill up the form. We will contact you to confirm your participation in the course. Spots are limited. For this cohort, we will keep it simple: first come, first served.
