Self understanding might be one of the most important skills in your life.

This 6-week course has been developed to help you reflect on who you are and where you are heading. By doing so, it will be easier to make decisions, attract the right people, and achieve what you want.

Full Course Details

Week 1: Introduction to yourself

During the first introduction session, you’ll meet your group and trainer, discuss the importance of self-discovery and the overall course. Moreover, we dive deeper into the Self from different psychological angles.

Week 2: Your personality traits

You will do various psychometric tests to uncover your personality traits, like a Big Five, and others. We will then discuss how this impacts us, and various implications for career, relationships & self-identity.

Week 3: Your behavior and emotions

Your emotions and behavior are the most common way how your self is expressed in the outside world. You will compassionately reflect on your own behavior and emotions connected to that, and understand the (neuro)psychology behind it.

Week 4: Authenticity & connection to others

Here we dive deeper into the Self again, and learn about how to uncover our Self, and gain the courage to express this. We will also understand the importance of authenticity to build meaningful connections with others.

Week 5: How to motivate yourself

Understanding your own motivation is crucial self-knowledge. You’ll learn about different motivational, and goal-setting theories and how to leverage them to achieve your own goals. We will also practically set these goals through an evidence-based psychology intervention.

Week 6: Final reflection

At the end of the course, you will puzzle out all aspects of self you’ve discovered so far, present new findings for a specific week and build up a deeper understanding of yourself and plan further actions you can take.
