Class will be held at EUR campus Woudestein and will start on November 9th at 17h00.
...you must know where you are starting from.
This 6-week course has been developed to help you reflect on who you are and where you are heading. By doing so, it will be easier to make decisions, attract the right people, and achieve what you want. Join us on a journey that will change your life!
In the first session, you will meet your fellow explorers (including your trainers). We will get to know each other, discuss the importance of self-discovery, and dive into the two core themes of this course: presence & purpose.
We will examine how you view yourself, others, and the world around you. Using science-backed psychotherapeutic techniques, you will learn to examine the validity of your thoughts and thereby change the way you think, feel, and react to external events.
In the third session, you will learn to cultivate presence within yourself and, consequently, in your interactions with others.
The fourth week is all about authenticity and radical honesty. Instead of looking at the bright side, you will shed light on your shadow and discover how integrating the least desirable parts of yourself makes you more whole.
After building a solid foundation of presence, you are going to craft your first steps towards a valued direction. Using a range of diverse activities and ancient teachings, you are going to solidify your core values and set goals towards them straight away.
In the final session, we bring everything we learnt together in a mega-exercise that builds your confidence and sets you up on the right path. Finally, you create an integrated plan for your continued development as a person in the next chapters of your life.
LifeVersity is funded by the Community for Learning and Innovation which allow us to give the courses for free for EUR students and fresh alumni. A deposit fee has been installed in the registration process please read more about it here.
