This 6-week course is sure to equip you with the right tools to master your productivity and time management skills. This course is ideal for procrastinators, people with busy schedules and students that feel a bit lost with their workloads.
You'll meet your instructor and the group, establish a safe space, goals and rules. Lesson 1: let's start by setting effective goals.
In this session, you will learn basic mindfulness principles and exercises that can be applied to daily life to help reduce stress and anxiety.
Get introduced, identify and apply the time management techniques that works best for you. You will learn about energy management, habit creation, and effective studying.
Let’s fight the student enemy n.1! You will work towards becoming more aware of your procrastination habits, and replacing them with better ones.
Understand the psychology of social comparison and self-acceptance. Is there a perfectionist hiding in you?
We will discuss how to manage uncertainties we encounter in life. Also, it's important that you reflect on your own learning and progress.

Maja is a passionate Psychology student with a focus on health and positive psychology. She has mastered the art of stress management and is eager to share her story with others. Maja struggled with social anxiety and the challenges of adulting, but with time, mindfulness and public speaking courses, she learned to stay calm in any situation. She is excited to guide and inspire others on their journey to a stress-free life, just like it's Sunday morning every day.
