LifeVersity is the controller within the meaning of the Wbp and GDPR. LifeVersity considers it essential that the personal data of interested parties is handled and secured with the utmost care. On behalf of LifeVersity, third parties can provide certain parts of the service in the execution of an agreement. How long is data retained?
LifeVersity stores your personal data in accordance with the Wbp/GDPR. The data will not be kept longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected.
How can you access, correct or delete your data?
You can send a request for access or correction to LifeVersity. Please clearly indicate that it concerns a request for access or correction under the GDPR. You can also request that your data be deleted, but this is only possible insofar as LifeVersity can still comply with its legal obligations, such as the legal retention periods. Please note that providing a copy of proof of identity may be necessary to verify your identity. You can easily make a secure copy of your ID with the government's 'Copy ID' app that you can download from the app store.

You are also entitled to submit a complaint about the use of your data to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Technical security
In order to optimally protect your personal data against unauthorized access or use, LifeVersity applies appropriate security technology. We report (attempted) abuse. LifeVersity also takes organizational measures to protect personal data against access by unauthorized persons.
