Yes. We start with an exploration call about your team’s situation and goals, then choose and shape the modules around it. We also adapt the content between sessions when that helps. See our company training.
What does an assertiveness workshop cover?
In The Art of Assertive Communication you reflect on your strengths and weaknesses in assertive communication, write your own set of assertive rights for tough conversations, and practise saying no with confidence and yes on your own terms.
Do you work with international teams?
Yes. Most of our sessions are in English, and our intercultural communication workshops are built for mixed teams, like the workshops we ran for Welzijn Velsen.
