Who we work with.
The training is commissioned by the institution, which decides how to offer it to students: within the curriculum, or as a free extracurricular course.
Faculties, programmes and institutions
A university, or one of its faculties or programmes, commissions a course, workshop or guest lecture for its students. We adapt it to your learning outcomes, schedule and assessment, and send a tailored offer.

We’ve worked with
Questions?
Can you adapt a course to our curriculum?
Yes. We start from your learning outcomes, academic schedule and group size, and adapt the content, the number of sessions and the assessment. Formats range from a single workshop or guest lecture to a full skill track.
Can students receive academic credits?
Credits are always awarded by your institution, so they need its approval. We build curricular courses to fit your programme, with clear learning outcomes, contact hours and assessment, and share the course details your institution needs to decide.
How are outcomes assessed?
Every course has clear learning outcomes and a final assessment that shows them in practice: for example, a 5-minute speech in front of a live audience, a final project or a written self-reflection. Students need at least 80% attendance, and every course ends with an evaluation survey. Read more about our method.
Can you deliver extracurricular workshops?
Yes. Workshops and guest lectures of 1.5 to 2 hours fit easily into an event, an honours programme or your academic calendar. Longer extracurricular courses are possible too: Erasmus University Rotterdam, for example, offers them to its students for free.
Which topics do you teach?
Public speaking, communication, leadership, creative problem-solving, generative AI and more.
