Three weeks. Three monsters.
A hands-on course for professionals who want to speak clearly, confidently and persuasively at work. One monster per week, real feedback, and a VR audience to practise on. Join us in Rotterdam or online.
Inside the course.
Small groups, a trainer who knows your name, and lots of speaking. Here’s what the room looks like.

One monster a week.

Confidence Blueprint
Build confidence by doing, not overthinking. Improvisation exercises cut the overthinking and build trust in your ability to respond in the moment. You also get your first go in front of a virtual audience.

Non-Verbal Mastery
Strengthen your presence through posture, gestures, eye contact and voice. Signature exercises and feedback teach you to use your body and voice on purpose, in real life and in VR.

Crafting Impactful Messages
Structure your ideas so people listen and remember. You work with principles from classical rhetoric and modern communication to lead your audience to a clear goal.

Questions?
Do I need speaking experience?
No. The course works for every level, from first-timers to people who want to sharpen their skills.
How much time does it take outside the sessions?
The course fits alongside a full-time job. Reviewing materials or practising between sessions is optional; the core learning happens in the room.
What if I miss a session?
We recommend attending all three. If you miss one, talk to your trainer about rescheduling.
How big are the groups?
Four people at most, so everyone gets personal feedback.
